We accept all pathology referral forms. If your doctor does not usually use us then please let them know that you will be coming to us. We will deliver the report by courier to your doctor and if possible we will also send it electronically using Healthlink. Of course we can also fax the result. You are welcome to attend our laboratory with photo identification (for example, a driver's licence) and pick up your own copy to take to the doctor.
