Over 95% of the tests are performed at our laboratory in Seven Hills. The majority of these samples are tested within 4-6 hours of collection at Seven Hills.

The collection centre at the laboratory is open 12 hours a day from Monday to Friday.

Most of our staff have worked for more than ten years in pathology. Most of our staff live in the Western suburbs of Sydney.

We are committed to bulk billing all our patients. We only send a bill when the patient does not have a valid medicare card.

We are not a large corporation beholden to share holders or American venture capital.

We rely on the support of the local doctors and their patients in the Western suburbs of Sydney - we do not own hospitals or chains of medical centres.

The laboratory is owned 100% by two of the pathologists (Dr Len Moaven and Professor Rob Lindeman). We believe that this medical focus and our dedicated staff sets us apart.
